  • Almost every time I go to Pietrasanta clipping me half an hour to visit this small church, located near the beginning of what the locals call the "middle way" and adjacent to the seat of mercy: it is very small, but hides two marvellous frescoes of Botero. Not to be missed

  • Along the route of the via Francigena, meets this church mentioned in the 14th century and built before 1,320 which gives us yet more evidence of an ancient faith. The Interior has three naves with semicircular arches and marble columns and preserves two statues of the 14th century by Antonio Pardini (s. Antonio) and Jacopo della Quercia (San Biagio)., another special attraction are the entrance) on the two walls of the aisles two frescoes of the Colombian artist Fernando Botero (1993, the gates of Paradise (Door) and Hell's Gate (gate of evil.
