  • Fascinating city full of historic buildings, beautiful but in a total State of disrepair. It is not practically possible to visit anything inside. I like the style decadent but here you overdo it. There are no zones to traffic and visiting the historic centre there is room to walk safely away from the car. Beautiful Cathedral, only building we could visit inside over the Villa del Casale but is about ten kilometers from the Center. Total absence of nightlife, partly due to the fact that we are in the middle of winter but Saturday evening at 20:30 there was virtually impossible to have a coffee or ice cream in town. All premises were closed. Though they are extending broadband............. I wonder who?

  • Return here after 30 years and find it a wonderful structure to preserve and make accessible these charming and unique mosaics. Accessible to disabled people. Well done! A suggestion: why not advertise them better and give better directions that facilitate access?
