  • Taking advantage of the visit to the exhibition of Guercino and dome to see its beautiful frescoes that decorate the dome we visited this gallery of modern art. It was a wonderful surprise for both the quality of the exhibits and for the atmosphere that the Ricci Oddi collector has created by choosing the best figurative works of Italian and European artists of the 19th and 20th centuries. Very interesting Museum accommodation designed to allow the best illumination of the works. It's a show not to be missed:

  • I'm not crazy about modern art but, in this case, I have to change my mind. Very special exhibition space and with several interesting "pieces"

  • In Piacenza for the exhibition of Guercino took advantage of some time to see this Museum and I was amazed. A nearly complete overview of authors of the ' 900, painters and sculptors, too, placed in a container that is itself an architectural work of art designed for artwork by Giulio Ulisse Arata. It is uncrowded and this allows a view of peaceful works without rush. Admission is only 5 euro, very friendly staff. A must see.

  • A really interesting art gallery with a selection of mainly recent Italian painters, chosen according to the taste of the former owner of the palace. The staff was always available to answer questions and to guide you through the various rooms.
  • Nice collection of nineteenth century paintings especially Italians, remain impressed the great "morning breakfast" from Amedeo Bocchi and dance in the same Hall "paesano" by Giuseppe Graziosi and "woman at the dressing table" by Antonio Mancini
