  • Definitely a milestone if you find yourself in pesaro. This is the House that gave birth to the great composer Rossini. The House is small and things to visit are few. Nice background music that will accompany you on your visit

  • Exciting enter the House that saw the birth of Rossini. Beautiful his fortepiano. Too bad there are more antique furniture

  • For so great a composer would expect a nice Museum, but it is small and with very few things to visit. Nice background music, if you like Rossini

  • This house is where Rossini was born and lived. Now a Rossini minimuseum, it holds personal memorabilia of the composer. The "virtual tour" is entertaining but do not expect Disneyland.
  • Luckily Gioacchino there is! Without his music the world would be poorer.

  • Nice but the price seems too high also because it also applies to other attractions. they should make another ticket just for the home

  • Short but interesting visit, accompanied by the tunes of the Barber of Seville

  • Pesaro 1792 – Passy, Paris, 1868. He composed the first opera at the age of fourteen. Son of a trumpet player and a good soprano, viola player was skillful and cembalo, and at the liceo musicale in Bologna, he completed the study in cello, in piano and in counterpoint. His work has ranged across various genres, but is remembered as the author of famous works such as Il barbiere di Siviglia, L'italiana in Algeri, La gazza ladra, and Wilhelm Tell. He was Director of the Neapolitan theatre of San Carlo and the Fund, and here are well adapted to the environment of the City Theatre where singers excelled Isabella Colbran, his future wife, soon, taking with Elisabetta regina d'Inghilterra general enthusiasm.
