  • The University for foreigners of Perugia, is housed in the Palace (formerly Abdullah) Gallenga Stuart, donated by the namesake count, Romeo Gallenga Stuart, to the commune of Perugia in 1926, to ensure a prestigious venue for university studies and Italian language courses for foreigners that since 1921 had taken life as high-level culture courses for foreign students, with the goal of spreading abroad of the historical heritage artistic, cultural and national, institutional, courses which, by the way, are still active in the University. Since 1992 was established the Faculty of language and culture and the Department of the same name. Right in front of the wonderful Etruscan arch, among the most talented of the history and culture of the town of Griffin, kind of like, in its own way, it is this University.

  • Wonderful stay in Perugia. I studied a month in the "Stranieri", it was one of the most uplifting experiences of my life! It is a city steeped in history, very nice and friendly; its inhabitants are friendly and attentive. I also took to visit nearby towns such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, and others: all fascinating! All Umbria is a region which necessarily should be visited in Italy.

  • this is the most friendly place I can recommend to anyone who is willing to learn Italian language anytime any day.
  • Here you can learn Italian, this university specialized in learning Italian.
  • It's so well decorated and the place is beautiful especially the centro I love that place where people gather and have fund
  • Excellent Immersion Experience
  • The first day I entered "quietly" trying to be considered a student (I didn't think it was freely accessible to all visitors) I observed the atrium and a little more ... I saw how big and full of activities: medical, refreshment, point police ... are so many offices located in the building that help students who hang around in this place!!! What about ... them all so schools ... maybe not with the same decorations but at least with the same amenities! Two days later we went back and asking for information, I pushed. I took the elevator to get to the panoramic terrace, then I went down by observing many classrooms and places ... The view of the terrace is very impressive! Great photographs to the city!
