  • We could not meet him because it was closed. We were fascinated with the Duomo and when we know it already had closed. A tip, observe the timetables.

  • By diving into the basement of the old city, we can be aware of the capabilities of the Etruscans in the art of construction

  • You cannot but visit Perugia without visiting the Etruscan well. Still active can be visited every day. Entry fee, 3 euros. Before visiting the real well a short video explaining how it was constructed. Well preserved

  • Following the signs "Etruscan" I arrived in front of a classic old well, it is linked to an old house a Museum and the price to visit both is 6. I decide to enter only into the pit and costs (3) immediately make you see a movie you get about 12 then shows the characteristic meters to get to the walkway that crosses the pit. From this can observe the grating of the top ... What remains visible in the pizza where it is located. I notice that on the side, closed by a simple chain, there is a passage and conclude that it is an internal link to what was once a home. Wonder confirms the exit but she can give me this information.

  • The entrance is a little hidden, there is a road to be taken near the fountain. For 3 euros you can see a video that tells the story of the pit lasts 20 min. Then you can make a visit to the well, is an interesting experience, especially for the field of architecture, it is recommended to everyone, and is another of the many curiosities of this beautiful city.

  • Interesting visit to this well located underground in Perugia. Via stairs and old ducts to reach the hot pit itself, several meters underground. An interesting diversion on a day visit to Perugia.
