  • The caves of Pertosa Auletta Salerno are an evocative atmosphere. Unfortunately the group that I opted for the tourist trail but guidance that complete! It is a visit that is done partly on foot (1000 m) and a distance (200 metres) by boat: this is why it can be said to navigate an underground river. A visit carried out by trained personnel and takes about 1 hour. Very interesting!

  • 1:40 's surreal atmosphere and charming, crowned by a part of boat ride ... A big thank you to Mr Enzo, careful and comprehensive guide, and availability of the staff at reception ... unique neo, the rudeness of some visitors, which despite repeated reminders and explanations for this, they continued to photograph even where it was not allowed.

  • for decades Harbor friends and family to the caves of Pertosa ... every few years something changes, a longer route, new training, new lighting that respects the environment, new options and new locations, you know you can't appreciate them. Their specialties are switching to walk like that in the boat all, respecting nature ... the internal temperature is fixed on 16/18 degrees summer winter. always carry a waterproof jacket and a hat because the humidity is felt. .. and ... Bon voyage! Note: I recommend you always call us to book for not being a dry mouth.

  • Very good and interesting and impressive, but would have been better with some English information
  • I was there in April 2016 and I found several since 1987. Has changed the main entrance. Before it was more convenient for the elderly. Now first you must take a nice climb on foot, tiring for the elderly. For the rest, everything is good. It is worth a visit.

  • We went today to the caves after more than 20 years. We hadn't been to this period. We booked the tour through the site. We did the full tour. The Guide introduced us before the path and then made us access. And changed the lighting system led now to protect the caves to prevent the light face grow Moss. You can take photos for the image rights. The path is smooth and easy to do. There are no problems for the claustrophobic. The temperature is about 16 degrees and 30 degrees outside is very pleasant. You can eat outside on tables are also kiosks preparing breakfasts and restaurants at reasonable prices
