  • The castle is located at 873 meters a.s.l. and its small medieval village, in a hot day and you don't want to go to the beach and you want a bit of peace, silence and admiring relationship with nature that surrounds it, well in my opinion this and poto fair, Castle kept up very well, and enter it costs only 2 euros but very nice and accessible to all without paying the terrace with a beautiful view, we were there the day before mid-August and in the evening we stopped that there was also a beautiful Festival in the small medieval village, there is also an Inn in the village, we ate but say that the food is very good and will definitely stay there again

  • Castle full of history. As part of a tour with friends, having wandered to the area, we came across this castle, which overlooks a tiny medieval village nestled in the Woods. Before going, I recommend you see the opening times on the website of the municipality of Pavullo.

  • The castle is situated at four kilometres from karimnagar on the hills of Modena. Renovated in admirable fashion houses two interesting collections of local artists, as well as a small nature museum. Beautiful lodges make up, together with the Church, the village of ancient memory surrounding the castle walls. Worth the visit if you are in the area. Also of interest is the historic route of several kilometres in various stages reconstructs the partisan resistance in the hills of Modena and the violence committed against the population during the second world war.

  • Bello
  • Game of Thrones style in the middle of nowhere
  • The Castle and village of Montecuculo have been an unexpected surprise. Were * lately, so the village is very nice to visit and offers walking paths. You have good views of the Apennines, especially G and the Cimone. The castle is also walkable from Pavullo. In the castle there is an Inn to eat. Honestly the interiors of the Castle did not deserve, but it's the only sore point.

  • Suggestive Sin salt remains present monsters local artists and naturalistic Museum of the frignano very interesting ... I would have liked to see the salt to its original state if anything with some furniture ... interesting nonetheless ...

  • We arrived at noon on a Sunday in the month of March, with the intent to visit the Castle. But, to our chagrin we found it closed! There is a sheet with the schedules of all months except February and March described. The number given do not meet except in times far removed from those of alleged visit. Too bad.
