  • A beautiful Basilica in the heart of the historic centre of the city, one of the most important, venue, the cult of Saint Theodore, the patron saint of fishermen, boatmen and traders, who, through their activities, animated the riverbanks. The Interior of the Church has frescoes, passing on details, such as the Altarpiece of the high altar, Triptych, in the small Apse. The sacristy, with large wardrobes of sixteenth and seventeenth century paintings of the crucifixion of the Virgin and of Christ's Nativity. Right at the entrance, Roman floor mosaics. The Basilica of San Teodoro is Stellata is about Judas Green one star Michelin inspectors ' ranking.

  • To get an idea of what the frescoes inside the Church of Pavia, San Teodoro is a missed opportunity. But of all fun fact: St. Anthony stands in front of the walled city, while people are in full swing. At his feet, a boar, a symbol of the devil in the guise of domesticated by the Holy evil winner, still here. In popular iconography the animal becomes a maialotto ready for the Party (that of ' St. Anthony of the PARS ' in which the ' Party ' do you own to pig) surrounded by chickens, sheep and oxen that farmers rely on the protection of the Saint.
