A range of paintings through the centuries. Rather weighted to religious "madonna e bambino" type but a range of other styles as well, something to please all art lovers. I'm not talking about modern,... read more »

Nicely restored building, but the artworks on display are of pretty low quality, and the price (10 euro pp) is relatively high.
Beautiful paintings This also houses a library, and reference library.
Cosimo CiracìPilotta Palace is part of the package. Advice on ticket 10 € which includes visiting the farnese theatre and the archaeological museum. The only drawback are the visiting hours, reduced by Sunday, compared to the rest of the week. It's a bit of a contradiction since I often exploit their Sundays for trips outside the city.show original
Claudio SuzziPicture Gallery and not only, very large, at times almost labyrinthine, interesting works to be exploited a little better (salt sometimes closed for lack of staff, some paintings hard to notice). It lacks a bookshop around the Palazzo della Pilotta, but deserves!show original
Vincenzo CirilloRich pinacoteca housed in the unique location of the palazzo della pilotta.show original
