Where to stay in Parma

Virtually all of the old town center's tourist sites are within easy walking distance of each other, so can explore them by staying either at a hotel in the area or a less expensive inn in one of the nearby residential neighborhoods. Staying close to the town center allows you quick access to the finest shops, restaurants, museums, and galleries. If urban attractions aren't your priority and you have a limited budget, consider staying at a working farm just outside the city.

  • Good ice cream (pistachio and crema IMHO are phenomenal) and yummy chocolate, too ... you must try the princelings (all) and the hot chocolate winter walking ...

  • Eat ice cream and crying for more!! Chocolate, pistachio and nocciola are magnificent! But the "biggest danger this site are cookies" della Duchessa ": a heavenly habit that will stay in your mind. All this with extreme friendliness of Giacomo, who told us the whole story of chocolate Banchini. I will go back to Parma on purpose just to enjoy this great ice cream!
