  • My first time at this place. They have what I will call "All in one" a bonsai nursery, a bonsai store and a bonsai museum in one place. Beautiful bonsai for all kind of enthusiast and a very nice set ...  more »
  • Really fascinating exposure of bonsai, especially for the setting in which they are placed, as a true zen garden. When you stroll among the plants, you can even forget the chaos and noise that there is outside (the place is located along the Statale del Sempione!). Very interesting the "dry Garden", a space where pebbles of various sizes and colors create the illusion of being in front of small islands surrounded by water. In short, to visit!!

  • I'm not an expert in bonsai so I can't rilasicare a review on quality. I can however confirm that the staff is very courteous. I had a problem on the delivery of an object other than what you ordered. I was instantly solved via thread with efficiency and courtesy. Great experience. Council.

  • bad customer service, I paid € 31 for repotting bad (made in 1 week) timeframe ridiculous for a shop specializing in bonsai especially for the result ... the plant was transferred completely distorted and showed obvious signs of mistreatment. Also wanted to charge me even the vase and the stone sculpture that I had brought from home. bad organization and poor job, especially for a company that has not been up to par. ... Unfortunately I am sorry to say that it's not even an isolated case since the succession of unpleasant situations in which they are incurred previously ... never change. Needless to say I will do will ever buy anything anymore.
