  • in fact, there is no Park is synonymous with Villa Villa within the meaning of the term. You will hear birds sing even in December that will make the atmosphere almost exotic, but suddenly you might even stumble into Mr. Poirot!

  • The purpose of this part of the trip was to visit Palermo Botanical Garden, but no less impressed with the urban park of the Villa Giulia, adjacent to the Botanical Garden. It turned out great! Beautiful, clean, a lot of Greens, benches for rest and. .. Near Quay, smells like the sea, smells of the sea are mixed with scents of garden plants. Garden gazebos, statues. water.. The main entrance to Foro Italico is decorated in neoclassical style with Doric columns and fountain in the Centre of the park with a clock in the shape of Marmara dvenadcatigrannika, and so much more interesting ... In General, the Park is recommended not only as a great place to relax after exploring the many attractions of Palermo, but also as a tourist attraction itself.

  • Located at 1 km from the port of Palermo, is this green oasis overlooking Foro Umberto I. Nice Park filming location for the movie "Marianna Ucria" based on the novel by Dacia Maraini. They lack the rides for the kids, but to make them run on foot or by bike is perfect. Also there is a small pond with turtles and ducks very amiable.

  • Nice green park to walk around and view sculptures. One of the better parks in Palermo. Lots of nice shade to shelter from the summer sun and cool down. Much better kept than the botanics next door.
  • Very good for a afternoon nap after visited some museums and walks! Peaceful and quiet:) Beautiful!
  • Nice garden
  • Best park in Palermo - Villa Giullia is one of those hidden gems in Palermo. It is very beautiful and peaceful. There are never very many people there even during the peak of summer with all the tourist. There is a really cool sundial in the middle of the park. This thing is the most complex sundial I have ever seen. Other statues around the park are dedicated to famous people from the past of Palermo. The location is a bit out of the way but worth the walk if you have time. For more pictures and information about Palermo check out WhereIsPalermo . com
