  • Between the Royal Palace and the Cathedral, Villa Bonanno is a beautiful place to take a break during a tour through the historic center of Palermo. Wonderful especially the so-called "marble Theater", namely the sculptural group dedicated to Philip IV near the Royal Palace. The archaeological area with the remains of Roman houses with mosaic floors would be very charming, but for the conditions under which it is held, an opportunity wasted at the moment.

  • Behind the palazzo dei Normanni, facing Parliament Square, you find these magnificent gardens feature an indescribable number of Palms. Inside, in addition to various statues and mezzobusti of palermitani famous men, including the monument to King Philip IV, said marble Theatre, also the remains of the ancient Roman walls.

  • It's a garden behind the palazzo dei Normanni with Palm trees and plants of different kinds. There are also busts of famous people living in the past, in addition to the remains of Roman patrician houses with mosaics. The panels explain the redevelopment of the square.

  • nice park in the heart or Palermo with fontains, trees and flower. Even there are some old ruins around this area. Must visit.
  • nice city garden in front of palazzo dei normanni, with Roman ruins inside
  • Surprisingly quiet refuge from the busy streets around
  • Its pretty but the fountain wasn't on. Maybe if the fountain was on I'd be happier about it.
  • A place not to Miss right from the very first visit to Palermo. In crossing it, one has the impression of being in a different environment from the city. The many tall palms and curved form with flowering bushes of oleander and hibiscus a charming and relaxing environment. To make the most of the garden are particularly recommended extreme times of day, so early morning or late afternoon, when the sunlight is more Golden and persuasive.
