  • In the heart of Palermo strikes the concentration of historical and architectural monuments. For example, in Piazza Bellini, where we hit, going from the station on via Maqueda, besides the theatre, are still stunning churches, each of which is a masterpiece worthy of a single enthusiastic descriptions. This is the Church of St. Katal'da with his red domes, long being the "calling card" of the city, next to the famous Martorana with beautiful Byzantine mosaics and. .. Further to the left is the Church of St. Catherine, bordering on neighbouring Pretoria. In General, the place just time oversaturated with various history and beauty.

  • The area itself is small, barely accommodates all tourists. On it are three very interesting churches to visit, I especially liked the Martorana mosaic inside a simply chic. Bellini theater is also located here. And the Church with three red cupolas in Arabic style. Be sure to locate this area.

  • I LOVE this place! The food is excellent, the service was very attentive and the people watching was great! I went there for lunch three times during my one week stay.
