  • We had breakfast here on croissants with cream and jam, other friends took calzone and arancini, more about coffee. Good quality and average prices. Clean and staff polite and friendly. To try out.

  • One leading yet completely familiar. An acceptance of the customer who knows of ancient times. A small room that looks a little vintage, reveals the history of Sicilian pastry of quality.

  • Amazing variety of sweets. Cakes, marzipan and cornettos. Very little savoury items.
  • Great lab. High quality production. Apostle's fingers are their specialty, but the Sicilian pastry is all well executed.

  • Historic Palermo bakery. One of their specials that I appreciate are the "fingers of the Apostle" or spongy classical variants ricotta cream cakes, cinnamon and pistachio.

  • Great bakery never disappoints

  • Cannoli with fresh sheep's milk ricotta (classic taste, with pistachio nuts, chocolate and other ways yet!!!!!!!), Apostle's fingers (try at LEAST, SAY, at LEAST ONCE in THEIR life!!!!!!), cassata, cassatine and chi più ne ha più ne metta,!!!!!!!!!!!!! All this and much more is the ancient paradise "Pasticceria Scimone" in Palermo!!!!!!! Large pastry professionals, who have a lifetime working to enrapture our palates with confectionery delicacies of every kind, that you are able to turn around the world, but you will find only here!!!!!!!! Thank God, with the advent of the Internet (that, whatever they say, it has simplified somewhat the life!!!!!?!), it is now possible to order such great goodness even on line, through a Web Site which can easily be accessed via the official website of the pastry, and receive purchases quietly at home, kept in appropriate containers-reclosable, within 24/48 hours (transport by air and UPS courier or SDA). So, to those who are reading and not fortunate enough to live near this bakery, but, like me, living in about a thousand miles away, I say: don't waste any more time, go immediately to the network and do not hesitate to order all described wonders "Made in London": you will thank me for sure with heart in hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! W W PALERMO SICILY, W THE SPECTACULAR "PASTICCERIA SCIMONE", THE BEST ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marco dalla Provincia di Matera (BASILICATA)
