  • Through the intervention of an American patron of this oratory is visible again to the public. First signed it is amazed by the triumph of the stucco bright like the marble works of Serpotta. Well done clone of Caravaggio stolen in 1969 and never found. I highly recommend a visit. The staff is available to the public for information on the history of the oratory.

  • We found the Oratorio hard to find but well worth the effort as the decoration was remarkable and, apparently, all done by one man!  more »
  • Exist in Palermo a whole collection of beauties scattered throughout the city behind and fruit of inspiration of the Serpotta. It is a refined collection of white stucco that manages to imprison a thousand times playful and emotional aspects and spontaneous attitudes often found mostly in children. This Serpotta was a master skilled ... Interesting then the Confraternity aspect linked to the place that Wends to the many others present in the city. That corporate-Confraternity of Palermo is an issue that has given much to Palermo, and left a legacy of art and literature and invaluable addition to surprising beauty.

  • Outstanding stuccowork by Serpotta. No photos allowed.
  • Wonder among the wonders. Beautiful playful putti and birbantelli fruit of inspiration of master Serpotta. Unfortunately Caravaggio's masterpiece remains only a reproduction.

  • Giacomo Serpotta masterpiece! Pearl that is revealed through the streets of Kalsa. A jewel of Palermo that involves and inspires, also thanks to the efforts of friends of museums that enhances and accentuates the beauty!
