  • Among the markets that there are between that and think it's the worst day at least Ballarò. Very close to city centre and easy to reach on foot. I recommend getting both day as stopover and go at night to get a drink, the place is transformed by night becomes a place to eat and drink!

  • The Vucciria is no longer on the market of a time (my memories of little girl grew up in Palermo are referred to a place full of shoals of fish, fruit and all kinds of foodstuff), very little remained of the old market, but for some years has a new robe tied to tourism and to the nightlife of the city. The Council then an evening visit to an unusual appetizer-grilled fish at the moment, quarume, fried, vari-stigghiole humanity "varies" offering this wonderful city a real and interesting.

  • We sneak in the back streets of Vucciria at about 20. Fantastic! Neorealism pure! We ate with locals, carrier where it happened ... freshly baked fish of various types. And then her Majesty the stigghiola! Excellent! Beers at 2 € the large bottle ... unique experience!
