  • Beautiful for your simplicity if compared with the other Italian churches, without details on the ceiling and walls. On the other hand, has a wonderful carved altar.

  • The Church was built during the second half of the fourteenth century. The exterior is characterized by a gabled façade and an elegant Gothic portal. Inside there is a wooden crucifix by Donatello, considered miraculous by believers.

  • Strolling in synchronism with the swag of via Roma, we enter into this church and we remain impressed by such beauty. immediately in front of us, at the center of the long wall, stands the imposing Altar of our Lady of Sorrows in Baroque style with beautiful marbles; the Interior is spacious, with nice floor, but a bit bare walls; at the side of the altar in the chapel on the left you can admire a beautiful crucifix of Donatello.

  • The Church is almost hidden if it weren't for the porch you struggle to find it. Crossing the threshold of noise and bustle of the city fade away in a place that speaks beyond comprehension. Place of peace and prayer in the heart of Padua

  • From the outside you wouldn't believe what you will find. Come in and hits you daylight white altar. Two chapels dedicated to works of enormous stature. The blue statue of the Madonna on the far right and remarkable. And so the precious crucifix. And you feel surrounded by an invisible aura. To visit.

  • Fourteenth-century religious building overlooking the via Roma in Padua. The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary to servants preserves works of art including the Crucifix of Donatello's work. A polygonal apse, flanked by two chapels. There is the altar of our Lady of Sorrows place opposite: is a Baroque opera unique in Veneto and seems to be linked to the ways of the Baroque.
