  • I visited the Park during the reenactment with typical setting set named Ocriculum 168 A.D., set precisely at that time ... inside the Park are reconstructed: workshops, houses, taverns, historic Harbour etc ... all with characters, maybe some easygoing but who are committed to the great, with the right student spirit which is good: great! (already from the entrance) on all soar the legionaries, parading during the day and face off at dusk in open field (in the remains of the amphitheatre!) ... enjoy a frugal Roman meal in typical taverns reconstructed vintage ad hoc (in addition to the traditional dishes of Umbria and Lazio, of course) or buy souvenirs, all also in currencies of the time (changing) ... a very good and well prepared tour guide also shows with passion the Archaeological Park, truly remarkable ... access pricing and reasonable help ... my son 6 years enjoyed by morire...io more than him! ... takes place in September This year took place on 10/9/11 ... EXCELLENT! ... TO ALL!

  • Headed for Narni, we stumbled upon this re-enactment of ancient Ocriculum in the days of ancient Rome. Just nice everything: the Archaeological Park in the first place, but also the care and attention of the event that is by no means a country fair. The coin changer, aureus, sestertius and ACE to the dances in costume ... The guide prepared and enthusiastic ... Too bad the sudden downpour that we weren't allowed to reach the oil port on the banks of the Tiber. More reason to return next year! Congratulations

  • The Archaeological Park is free. It can be visited by bicycle. I found the archaeological well taken care of and I can't wait to go back during the event which annually take place reenacting the historical period of the Roman Empire.

  • I love this wonderful piece of nature where most of the time we are completely alone, strolling through the ruins, over the meadows and down to the river side. There the atmosphere is truly enchanting! Although we are living only a few kilometers distant in PARADISO INTEGRALE, right in the middle of NATURE, we visit the parco archeologico 2-3 times a week. The walk is a pure pleasure - and the cappuccino at the Casottino at the entrance of the park is the best ever. Hopefully this site will maintain its beauty and won't disappear behind fences or lots of people. The enchantment you can breath here at the moment might get lost......
  • Great fun the day of commemoration of the life of the ancient Romans. A good mix of faithful reconstructions, stalls to eat and buy souvenirs. Workable by most people with only one downhill warm might be challenging for people with little training. Recommended for a half day different.

  • There is much potential for tourism, sin that is not advertised and does not offer many activities within. Could improve because of base the ruins of the city are beautiful!!

  • A place where archaeology and nature to create a unique spectacle in the world. A picturesque Park and absolutely charming in every point, from the most spectacular hidden ones. A great little treasure between Umbria and Lazio. Hic manebimus optime!
