  • Wonderful testimonies of nuragic civilisation. Highly recommended for families with children, don't miss it underlying cave, the nuraghe Urceri a few km and la Scala San Giorgio, the latter declared a natural monument. In short, a variety of attractions that are worth visiting in a lush green area which lends itself well to hiking and use of bikes for enthusiasts

  • There are no words, so many times I've been here, and each time lead into a very remote past but equally modern. How can you feel small in front of the culture of our origins. Splendor.

  • The complex is Serbissi Taccu plateau at about 1000 meters high in the town of Osini. By car arriving from the town center, there are signs and continue passing from the main road which crosses the Scala di San Giorgio, a spectacular crossing declared ' natural monument of Sardinia is worth visiting. From the kiosk, guarded, you follow a short path (walking) towards "Su Casteddu", the highest peak of the scale where you can enjoy a breathtaking view, equipped with binoculars and small belvedere safe. The road to cross the pass Nuraghe among the rocks and, after a few km it tackles a dirt road (2/3 km) leading to the parking lot under the complex can be reached on foot after a short flight quite steep. At the ticket office you will find trained staff who will ask you if you want to take a guided tour or, Alternatively, will give you the information to proceed independently. The complex formed by three towers and several huts, has a central structure integrates (has about 3500 years old!) with an interior staircase reaching the upper floor: the view from here is really impressive, enjoy the views and the silence! The entire complex is built over a cave, (probably used for storing food) with a very wide entrance and a chance to get out on the opposite side of the ridge. The dirt road to reach the Nuraghe isn't very challenging (I might be in case of rain) and is maintained then, if you don't have a car with "low" you can reach up to the parking lot near the ticket office. Board shoes for children by the hand, despite being fairly easy to visit, some points might be dangerous (also applies to the "scale"). There are refreshments on the path. By the way: 1 euro for scale and 3 euros for the Nuraghe and the cave, all manned, clean and tidy. Congratulations!
