  • We spent a beautiful and original Ferragosto eating lunch with the shepherds! Super recommended for families because there are also games and children are free to play!

  • You will be enchanted by the quantity, variety and beauty of walking through the streets and alleys of Orgosolo. Recommended to those who want to spend a day in the hinterland, in Barbagia.

  • Orgosolo is a town of about 4000 inhabitants of Barbagia in Sardinia. Until a few years ago was known only by brigands and the birthplace of the Bandit Grazianeddu Mesina. The local population, with the intent to deviate from the undeserved reputation enjoyed by this and that, consequently, dragged the whole country with him for some years now has provided the country with murals as peaceful protest and form of expression and problems of local and national history with the ultimate aim to bind to a bizarre and curious village form of tourism. So now, on the walls of the houses and activities take shape and color Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera's roommate, De Andrè, Gandhi, Gramsci, D.j and Garibaldi ... just a few km from the town is, instead, a company that has developed an activity called ' lunch with the shepherds '. Surrounded by greenery on comfortable benches you can taste cannonau and Parry, sausage and Sardinian carasau bread, sweets and filu ferru all with typical Sardinian songs and dances and sight of pigs, donkeys and wild boars. Absolutely recommended a visit to foodies (away, instead, vegans and vegetarians;)).
