  • After having heard so much about stayed at Oran in December. We opted for the guided tour for an extra charge of 5 euro card 1 euro against the Sun. The explanation was very limited and the Guide beyond that kind proved to be very prepared. The exhibition spaces are very interesting, while it would be an insult to the artist talk of his works here. I would absolutely recommend visiting the Museum alone is worth a visit to Orani. Congratulations.

  • On a hot day in August we decide to visit this new museum dedicated to a very special person. Arrived in Oran slightly before opening, the opportunity to photograph the murals and photos that are near to the Church. We arrive on time and unfortunately the Museum is still closed, open with about twenty minutes late ... it's no big deal, but a little bit of punctuality and respect for those who travels 150 kilometers to see the Museum ... ... Anyway, it's gone. Imposing structure situated in a beautiful park, equipped with bathrooms, beautiful and Immaculate, and this is already a huge bonus. Many sculptures scattered outside and a beautiful Fountain of fresh water, this is also good. The staff (aside from the delay), accompanies us in the premises where they are all works of Nivola and other Sardinian artists such as Fahim and Ciusa and other foreigners whom Stein that he collaborated with Nivola, and here we see immediately that the hotel is really nice, built between granite and wood, very bright and very spacious, so that the works can be exposed in an orderly manner. The exhibited works, sculptures, drawings, sketches, photos and much more are really interesting, and show how this great artist has achieved important recognition also overseas. Worth the effort to visit this beautiful structure that encloses these little treasures of the great artist and great man that Nivola was, and, well does the town of Orani with all his people to remember him, respect him and love him even after so many years. Visited in August 2016
