  • in fact the rating is severe. the summer or at least in season this small seaside community with a very large port is probably very nice. but in late October, everything is closed except for a bar lounge or we could enjoy ice cream. the port is very beautiful with its different basins. the Church is original as well as the sculptures of steel that adorn the street in front of the office of tourism, which was closed.

  • Just see the town went by bus. And rounded port, surrounded around the House. Souvenir shops and some shops, some resorts like was really great. Was no edge to the common people.

  • Posh resort course but oh how nice... off season. Clean, beautiful green areas, flowers galore, places and plots, port, small bridges, short enough to walk (or buller!) without seeing the hours. A report a surprising outdoor theatre (to the Roman air) and bold and absolutely amazing Church (watch the opening off season). Congratulations to the artists and architects who reconcile us with contemporary art!

  • Pretty but the Marina is quite expensive compared to other marines in the region. The crew from the marina was unhelpful to the point of almost ruining my stay. Will not come back again
  • Tourist ripoff location. beware!
  • NE of the most popular destinations in the Mediterranean since it was built, in the early 60 of the last century, the Marina of Porto Rotondo has always gained the appreciation and the appreciation of the international elite of nautical tourism. The ease of access to moorings, their security and their surroundings so much sober as researched, have made it one of the most popular destinations in the Mediterranean. Even the Romans used this splendid natural harbor for their trades. The carved columns over 2,000 years ago and placed at the entrance to the port, bear witness to this. A long story, so the Marina of Porto Rotondo, which in recent times has coincided with the development of tourism. An event that attracted the attention of national and international press (for the first time, an entrepreneurial group exclusively sardo acquired managing a structure created and managed until then by entrepreneurs or groups of different backgrounds), but that, for the Navy, represented a turning point toward a new and definitive relaunch. From the start, in fact, several restructuring plans have been implemented and equipment of existing facilities and to increasing the number of berths. In particular those devoted to vessels over 30 metres. These, once put into operation, not only were allowed to give a good answer to that segment of vessels, at certain times of the year, are forced to stay at anchor for lack of adequate spaces, but they further qualified the Navy as one of the best and friendliest marinas in the Mediterranean. And that, therefore, has received numerous awards from the trade press and not to the quality and accuracy of its services. To be noted also that Porto Rotondo is the head of a network of marinas which includes Cala Bitta, Marina di Punta Marana, Bosa and Portus Kalaris in Cagliari, and allows optimal management of various moorings which of its services for boaters. Thanks to sailing activities organized by the homonymous Yacthing Club founded in 1985, the Marina of Porto Rotondo, is also the scene of major national and international events that help increase their prestige and fame. Built by the counts Donà Dalle Rose to complete the village, has undergone a constant evolution in the primary offering of moorings and generals support services both in water and on land. An evolution continued when, in the mid-80 the Navy joined the Group since 1997, Ciga and culminated with the acquisition of the entire complex by the Molinas.
