  • If you are in the area between Modena and Bologna, it is worth to visit Gavioli, which both serves as a museum, but also gives the opportunity to see how the local Lambrusco produced. There is a helpful and friendly staff which also guides you around the Museum and tell both about the history behind the Lambrusco and some other local events that have occurred over time. After the tour, we had the opportunity to taste 4 different of their own produced Lambruscoer and we ended up buying them all 4.

  • Really amazing! Can you imagine going into a place and. .. Marvel! I remember with great pleasure the classical method of Lambrusco vinificato in bianco and lambrusco di Sorbara Scaglietti! Really elegant, both in perfumes that in taste. Made remarkable source like should be! The Museum proceeds with a surprise after another. You will pass by the farmers ' Museum, where equipment now extinct were perfectly restored, a small but amazing space devoted to search engines! I was lucky enough to have been accompanied in this business by Antonio, owner of the company! Polite ladies of yesteryear, who passionately revealed many anecdotes of the place! SUPER RECOMMENDED
