  • I booked via phone with Mr John Chan ... passion ... experience ... history ... charms ... visit the winery with the Museum with the agricultural implements and machinery of the peasants and the winery was like taking a dip back wise guidance XCHE everything he told us was interwoven with passion for their land ... the origins ... fantastic when he heard our provenance (stra-ve-) ... He has also made a dive into her memories. Very interesting and good tasting, one must indulge in pleasures ... bubbles here of lambrusco can be white ... you should try to choose. Excellent

  • Guided by a young lady well prepared and very kind. Tasting of lambrusco bianco: drank appreciated and purchased.

  • If you are in the area between Modena and Bologna, it is worth to visit Gavioli, which both serves as a museum, but also gives the opportunity to see how the local Lambrusco produced. There is a helpful and friendly staff which also guides you around the Museum and tell both about the history behind the Lambrusco and some other local events that have occurred over time. After the tour, we had the opportunity to taste 4 different of their own produced Lambruscoer and we ended up buying them all 4.
