  • This spectacular site of industrial architecture, with its brick arches Red Sea Blue backdrop is so charming and romantic will leave you breathless. It is visible from above the scenic walk from the parking lot of Nebida and can be reached by descending a steep but easy 300 steps stairway. Apart from the possible disruption of those who suffer from Vertigo, the descent can create some problem to find your way easier to get to the ramp. You can climb over the railing of the scenic walk and get off a few metres clinging to shrubs, or follow the trail with signage CAI that starts from the curve of the paved road downstream from the parking lot but shrinking dangerously in a stretch, perhaps because partly collapsed. Counsel Alternatively the easiest way that is to go down the road that runs along the football field and take the viottolino that rises a few meters and passes alongside another skeleton of the building, a sort of Cistercian Cathedral in ruins; I this way along the slope and arrive safely to the steps. The view is very nice during sunset and definitely very pretty even from the sea by joining in the same boat trip passing in front of the Laveria Lamarmora and Porto Flavia.

  • to this abandoned washery there is no real access, you have to pass by a passage carved into the railing, very intrigued by the photographs I had seen popped up to the washery and then down to the Sea (600 steps) on the ground collides with the blue colour of the sky and sea, I was really happy being there.
