  • Arrived thanks to TripAdvisor ... beautiful town with many churches, would be to visit all but unfortunately all are not open ... as I read in several reviews nn would have nothing to envy to the beautiful noted--more investments would be enough and would be at the same level ... cmq go there to visit Naro!

  • We arrive in this village on the mountain, not difficult achievement, but if you are not experienced mountain guide you should park on the main road near a small square. The place is lovely because you notice many beautiful buildings (churches, castles and palaces) in the middle of streets and narrow in complete disrepair, with many homes for sale and it seems that no one dresses. From some Windows one can see the beautiful Sicilian traditions as altars with statues of Saints. There is an air of serenity and calm, there are no crowds. We visited the Castle chiaromonte alone with another family and the mother church along with another couple. The castle is completely free, it offers a breathtaking view and the view of antique dresses. The Town Hall has a library with old manuscripts and if you ask employed the vision you improvise a real view. In short, dive into the story totally free with inhabitants who improvise guides just to let people know their country completely forgotten by God and by men.

  • Fantastic town, lesser-known and slightly off the tourist track. We opted for the visit, spurred by tourists, and we were happy and excited. Shame about the Castle closed. For the rest, beautiful views, the churches, the old town. Well worth the visit.
