  • What a beautiful church! We loved the Vasari frescoes, so bright and vivid and the presepe. If you go to Naples you can't miss it!  more »

  • Nice church with gorgeous sacristy. Church is free but you have to pay for the sacristy. (It is worth it!)
  • One of the most beautiful churches in Naples with wonderful artworks, including the extraordinary sacristy with frescoes by Giorgio Vasari.
  • A helpful staff has pointed out significant historical and art pieces.
  • The Church has undergone several surgeries, the exterior is of piperno and has a clear Renaissance inspiration inspired structures of Alberti, the Pronaos and the façade was remade after damage suffered in World War II. In the church there are several chapels to follow on a suggested route, but there are two artistic wonders, they are the chapel with frescoes by Vasari, and lamentation of Mazzoni, operates in Crete. in it you find the Kings of Aragon, Lucrezia d'alagno and the humanist Pontano. The Lucrezia d'alagno is represented in Magdalene with her hair down.

  • Worth the visit just to the chapel Vasari that frankly I didn't know existed. I think many Neapolitans don't know this wonderful reality. The person who accompanied me to visit it is kind of you.
