  • I was there last night for the first time on the occasion of the exhibition of independent design organized by young craftsmen in Naples. The complex is very nice, but left same unfortunately. I don't think that's always open, but only when tours are organized. In my opinion is a not to be missed, as it is really very nice.

  • The monumental complex of San Giuseppe of the Carmelites in Pontecorvo was built in 1619 and remade later by Cosimo Fanzago. The Church belonged first to the Teresian nuns ("Barefoot") and following the Barnabite. After the earthquake of 1980 the Church has suffered many injuries and, even though the worship was discontinued, it was desecrated. The complex is a gem, for artistic composition and structure, but cannot be used to the fullest. You can follow guided tours on weekends by the associations that have managed to have the management of certain annexes to the Church, for the Organization of cultural activities for the neighborhood. Not to be missed. To book a tour, you can contact
