  • Beautiful Grotto, with interesting underground walkway. Leaving the cave lies the Archaeological Park, with panoramic sea views.

  • I was at the end of November at this wonderful treasure. Thanks to a friend and a wonderful day. For visiting you have two opportunities: one managed by the municipality and operated by NPO "G". The municipal administration is very bad, we were given a series of false news site visit preventing us proper telephone: we wanted to book the visit and we were notified that the tours were fully booked and so was unable to attend. We still showed up hoping for a courtesy visit to attend to and it turns out that the "full" tour were canceled for lack of tourists. Fortunately there is a 5 euro-only "G" which brings you to this pleasant trip, drove us Ilaria with beautiful language and a summary of interesting and complete guided us through this Roman treasure leaving us a pleasant memory and the desire to go back.

  • Great place to see
  • Wonderful. Love and hate when you see these places! Love for the historical-geographical beauty. hate to neglect politics that he never developed as in other parts of Italy the local touristic beauties!

  • Wonderful escape through a cave built in Roman times to find themselves on the promontory of Posillipo where they lived Augustus, Hadrian and other Roman emperors. The view then you will enjoy views of the Gulf of Naples, Capri, the Gulf of Pozzuoli, Vesuvio, Ischia and Procida are unmatched.

  • Me and my girlfriend we participated in the exhibition "Pausilypon: suggestions at dusk" and it was a very enjoyable afternoon. We were very well received, accompanied in the guided tour and we enjoyed the refreshments which we were offered. Dulcis in fundo, watch the play from the Amphitheater was very impressive.

  • Go enjoy this wonder of archaeological site! An extra effort of the municipal administration for maintenance and cleaning wouldn't hurt. ... Wonderful sunset from the excavations with background the island of Ischia.
