  • At one time, instead of Palazzo Donn'Anna, built Villa delle Sirene. Queen Joan had it built to spend three days and three nights with Beppe, a young fisherman from Santa Lucia. Not only the Hill of Posillipo was away from prying eyes, but, above all, the villa was strewn with pitfalls, so that those who entered could not get out and tell what had happened. And so at dawn, the floor of the villa was opened under the feet of the poor fisherman who fell overboard. When Stella, the Farsi of Beppe, came to know, he cursed the Queen with such vehemence that misfortune fell back on the owners to come. In ' 600, the villa was inherited by Anna Carafa, who, in order to tackle the curse, demolished the House he built Palazzo Donn'Anna. Nevertheless he could not save neither herself nor, they say, who still lives there.

  • Nice part of napoli, off the beaten track, interesting. If you continue straight 50-100 m you'll see on the right side a sign saying spiaggia comunale, go down the stairs through the gate and it will take you to a cute little beach with a pier and a restaurant.
  • The beach around the Pallazzo "a private territory"?? No access except from the sea?? Pity...
  • Vero beautiful place
  • Amazing
  • Historical building in a private (Posillipo) with the view of the most evocative of Naples. As defined earlier, the Palace is private, therefore cannot be accessed. But if you love photography, with a good location you will surely get represented in your memory book one of the most beautiful palaces and famous sites of the city.
