  • The coffee inside the theatre san Carlo is very welcoming, sometimes you can listen to some music on the piano. Too bad the staff is insufficient. After waiting 30 minutes, we left without ordering

  • I often go to the shows of San Carlo and then I get just as often by feeling the need of refreshment with a coffee, a cappuccino, a paste: being the Opera Café just inside the San Carlo, is almost a must choose it instead of going out to look for another bar. Well, invariably find a service definitely subpar, with waiters unprofessional, which seem rather improvised, often evidently annoyed of their work; medium long waits at the tables, so that should move to drink standing, who repeatedly find messy and cluttered with residues of other drinks. Product quality is average, the costs are implausible. Nothing of the old, glorious reputation of the historical company Scaturchio remains, if not the brand, which replaces the quality in the grounds. I find that even the Foundation San Carlo should show greater respect for its audience, and be more careful and watch over the granting of licenses to private individuals, operating a continuous monitoring and time of minimum quality standards, in this case rejected: and the reputation of the theater certainly not beneficial.
