  • Located in Riviera di Chiaia in a garden nearby the sea this neoclassical house is very impressive as it still has a feel of how the high society of Naples lived sometime ago.  more »
  • Magnificent villa with garden, with period furnishings. Staff very courteous and helpful. Excellent exhibitions and reviews

  • A beautiful place with beautiful interiors of the time. Annexed to the villa there is the Museum of carriages and harness that is just as nice. Definitely worth visiting. You will find Mr. Raffaele that I will tell a little about the history of the carriages. Easily accessible by metro line 2 piazza Amedeo. Tickets cost 5 euros you will see the villa and the carriage museum. This is my photo taken in the carriage Museum and represents the clothing used by the Coachmen of the era.

  • I live near there and it was good to see him. But at night, the garden looks spellbound.

  • Even in this wonderful place, when you pay for your ticket, you don't provide any paper that you be your guide inside the mansion/Museum. It's true, you pay € 5.00 per person though, like abroad, it would be preferable if there was even a small pamphlet that face a little guide to the visitor. Inside is very well maintained furniture and fine materials. What amazed me were the views that the Princess has received, during his stay at the villa. The photos are stored in a room of the villa and refer nearly all Royal families. Funny even the menus written in French that accompanied the gala dinners. The villa consists of the apartments where they are on the ground floor, all rooms in the home, the room devoted to the carriages, outside the villa but always inserted in the museum complex, and finally the second floor (when we visited us the villa there was nothing) exhibitions of various kinds. It's definitely an experience to do, given that you are walking by a promenade envied by many.
