  • I went to see the duomo, interesting with a chapel dedicated to the Saint, but I was missing the museo del tesoro. It is outside the duomo you can hardly see, I found it quite expensive tickets 8 euros even kids though was worth took the Guide would have been more interesting to hear various anecdotes. by chance there was a guy from Naples who was telling the story to a couple of friends and I have to say it was interesting

  • Very nice museum! A home to the amazing jewls and diamonds, made by the masters of Napoli through the centuries and donated to the church and San Gennaro, protector of the city! Inside you can find a crown (Mitra di San Gennaro) that has more than 3.000 diamonds, rubins and other jewls! Nice experience for only 5e ticket fee!
  • Molto interessante.
  • This museum contains various gifts that were offered to the patron saint of the city. Among the gifts we can find bronze busts, inners of silver and a golden palanquin to carry the statue of the Saint in procession. Are definitely two, however, the most valuable pieces contained in the Museum: the necklace and the MITRE. The first created with gemstones and symbols brought as a gift to the Saint, the second one built in the XVIII by Matthew Tan dismayed of gemstones and diamonds. To better understand the tradition and culture I suggest a small travel guide. Costo de 5 euro Museum.
