  • I've been to a guided tour of the museo del tesoro di San Gennaro with my wife and 2 children of 7 and 10 years. 2 hours in the company of well prepared Conan guide which made us learn the history of San Gennaro and the Cathedral of Naples. A piece of culture that we were missing. I recommend everyone to visit and relive the history and beauty of the city of Naples and its protector.

  • Beyond the magnificence of the location and the inestimabilita of honey, hits the passion and devotion of the guide that, with great detail, conveys the feeling and the passion of a people for his sake. The sacred, the profane, the honored tradition just in the blood of a people that is unique in the world for better and for worse!

  • Very nice museum! A home to the amazing jewls and diamonds, made by the masters of Napoli through the centuries and donated to the church and San Gennaro, protector of the city! Inside you can find a crown (Mitra di San Gennaro) that has more than 3.000 diamonds, rubins and other jewls! Nice experience for only 5e ticket fee!
  • Molto interessante.
  • This museum contains various gifts that were offered to the patron saint of the city. Among the gifts we can find bronze busts, inners of silver and a golden palanquin to carry the statue of the Saint in procession. Are definitely two, however, the most valuable pieces contained in the Museum: the necklace and the MITRE. The first created with gemstones and symbols brought as a gift to the Saint, the second one built in the XVIII by Matthew Tan dismayed of gemstones and diamonds. To better understand the tradition and culture I suggest a small travel guide. Costo de 5 euro Museum.
