  • Guided walk in the heart of the neighbourhood with numerous underground passageways to explore the catacombs and unique places like the Fontanelle cemetery to help withstand the heat that can be a bit tiring in the summer. For those who, like us, comes from the North and met Naples through Eduardo theatre or movies of Totò is an experience not to be missed, certainly the best way is safer to regain Naples that have told us these great and that still exists with the housewives who descend on shopping basket from the rowdy markets with the showy and imaginative signs with the houses in the street plan and the clothes horse quietly placed on sidewalks. It is also the way to come into contact with the new Naples that is regaining the dignity of a great city full of art and history, the Naples of the young people of good will who choose to stay to try to change their city, the great guys of the social cooperative la Paranza (as Adele our Guide) they are doing a remarkable job of redevelopment of the neighborhood. If you go to Naples keep Sunday mornings free and book the Holy mile, you won't regret it. A word of advice: remember not to bring jewelry or important figures of money, because, as in all large cities of the world, tourists are ideal victims of pickpockets and is a shame to spoil the day for having suffered a burglary.

  • Half day only on Sunday morning. The meeting point, great and spacious bar, is a bit out of the way, and take a taxi. The walk begins immediately, and winds toward the Center, visiting the catacombs, churches, the Fontanelle cemetery, and going through the extraordinary Rione Sanità. Competent and friendly guide. Not tiring, because all downhill. It ends right at lunch time, near the gate of San Gennaro, where you can choose from the most famous Pizzerias in Naples, and taste by Poppella the famous "Snowflake".

  • We booked the tour with an e-mail, after viewing the website, one of the most beautiful and interesting tours ever made. Starting point easily accessible by public transportation, and ending point a few hundred metres from the archaeological museum. You can not come to Naples without eat the sfogliatelle and visit "the Holy mile". Thanks to Antonio (the Guide) very well-trained and that made us a nice morning, explaining many things you didn't know about.
