  • It is without a doubt the most interesting site in Naples. It starts in the surface from the medieval church of San Lorenzo, we descend a few steps and you will find yourself in a Roman city. And later, in a kind of well, you can see the stones of the Greek walls! Beautiful example of stratification, perhaps unique in the world.

  • We wanted to visit the Naples buried and we found in the middle of a play hilarious!!! You have found a wonderful way to explain archaeology and history. Very good!!! Laughs out loud. Theatrical performance is scheduled, if I understand it, only on weekends and holidays, but the site is always open. Entry for groups 30 minutes each

  • The tour turned out to be a positive surprise. The interesting exhibition of our talented guide has been accompanied by a fun theatrical interpretation in "Neapolitan language" with a parody of the protagonists of our ancient history. Big round of applause to these young guides and authors of a script that has been able to lighten a tour guide making it enjoyable to adults and children.

  • Great tour, wonderful roman and Greek ruins just below the actual city. A must to see
  • This is not the only one and not the best of the sottetrata! Exit through the gift shop style, with no explanation!- unless you take the hilarious audioguide. Entrance is at least 9€ in nonseason. If you go to herculaneum or pompei, you'll see the same and more!
  • A must to understand how Naples is an ancient city thousands of years!! Under the Roman level, there is the Greek one

  • Underground excavations usable, very nice location. Three levels of excavations for three different historical periods. Well trained Guide. To see as an alternative to Naples underground. A completely different story.
