  • Great architecture began in 1279 and finished in 1599, looks like a very high Renaissance architecture with clean lines, although the façade dates back to 1606. Inside there are several things not to be missed. The spectacular wooden ceiling built between 1598 and 1603, beauty and high Dome, painted the spectacular table with Byzantine Madonna altarpiece in the Chapel, the tomb of Abbas Severino Sanseverino, the frescoes on the vault of the chapel Gruther by Giovanni Battista Benaschi. And finally, in the magnificent cloister, that which is said to be the tomb of count Vlad Dracul. Let them tell the legend ...

  • Reading on a website I found that in the cloister of this complex there is a tomb that some speculate is that of Vlad Dracul, ruler known to history as Dracula. I must say that since I don't want the Neapolitans Naples, I was very dubious about done, but already I wanted to visit the place, and then all the more reason to do so. The complex is very large and impeccably groomed, the beautiful cloister as well as the other rooms open to the public. Interesting exhibition of sacred art which is spread over several floors and allows you to visit part of the complex admiring the architecture. And the grave? Some serious scholars are investigating and it all started from the fact that it seems that Vlad's daughter has married a Neapolitan nobleman. The fact is that the Tomb there are so many decorative elements that suggest that there is or there was our Dracula ...

  • Most of the times tourists and their guides misteriously miss this beautiful church. Nonetheless it is among the most fashinating churches in Naples, and with its huge dimensions you'll need at least 2 hours to visit it all. I'd like to praise, above all, the magnificent facade (that dates back to the late-Renaissance) and the amazing courtyard where Vlad Dracul is sad to have been buried.
  • The historian are debating if Vlad tepes is buried in napoli. However the church is beautiful and full of fantastic paintings. Absolutely worth a visit. Please note they accept only cash payments.
  • It is situated in the historical centre of Naples, easily accessible and then 800 facilities have a special charm. Not to mention that we organize very frequently outdoor art exhibitions
