  • It is helpful to have lots of companies concentrated in one place, among other things very close to the central station. Aesthetically is not bad, just poorly maintained. It seems to be out of town, very broad and leafy pedestrian space, despite the skyscrapers. Not bad overall.

  • Born many years ago as a futuristic with cutting-edge European style buildings, I would call this an obscene found in Neapolitan wholly different views and sunlight. The business center has countless offices and is a major business for Naples, but also shows a bad style, a very bad hygiene starting from the despicable smell and a bad maintenance of fountains, stairs, elevators etc ... Finally I advise you to stay away from the CDN from 5 onwards, because the offices are emptying gradually and the degradation and delinquency are not indifferent. Go for the job but be careful

  • The Centro direzionale di Napoli (or CDN), designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange and built by architects of international fame: as, among others, Renzo Piano, Massimo Pica Ciamarra, and Nicola Pagliara, is the set of modern skyscrapers that, behind the Napoli Centrale railway station, constitute an entire Citadel used mainly for Office use, including the courthouse; all in an effort to decongest downtown traffic. In fact, structure feature, almost futuristic, is that it has created, all in all, a series of broad avenues, squares of various shapes (circular, square, etc.) and sizes, exclusively pedestrian, enriched with fountains, arts facilities and especially of gardens with lots of greenery. There is also a church with futuristic shapes. Below these avenues include ample parking, escalators and a real tangle of roads with vehicular traffic arteries connecting the peripheral part of the architectural ensemble with the city centre, and is the first positive example of clear separation between underground and surface pedestrian traffic. Another feature of the business center is the Division in Islands: in fact the buildings are marked by a binary consisting of a letter and a number, sometimes separated by a slash: the letter indicates the island, the number the lot inside of that island. For some buildings, instead, we use the names. Italy Telecom Tower, with its 129 metres high, is the fourth highest habitable building of Italy. Seen from the Vomero hill the whole complex lends the city panorama a rather peculiar vision for the inevitable conflict between the antiquity of historical centre of Naples and modern skyscrapers that stand imposing, with Vesuvius in the background. This is a unique example of its kind in Italy, worth to visit

  • It would be better if it were guarded, especially considering the cost. However, it is one of the best car parks adjacent to the business district.
