  • Of course bad judgment is not directed at the Aquarium I've been to many times the golden age, when it was one of the best in Europe. Today the Aquarium does not exist anymore. It is true that such a structure could not compete with modern aquariums, which are built with means and investments that perhaps our town does not possess: but destroy it so is unheard of. Who is to blame? Guess what! Of those who, for municipal coffers swell, he invented, right in front of the Aquarium, the ZTL.

  • Beautiful facility. closed, then reopened, then abandoned, then closed again, which is home to Europe's oldest Aquarium, glass and wood, founded in 1872 by the German zoologist and naturalist Anton Dohrn. Also hosted the Turtle point, hospital and rehabilitation center for the turtles of the Bagnoli area and Exhibition Centre. It was really beautiful! How sad his abandonment!

  • Europe's oldest Aquarium I've been there several times, not held up well but beautiful with many species of fish and salt with biological exposures. Should be made a big investment to relaunch it.
