  • Goes to the gallery was included in the hotel price. But night the moves I've seen that the Gallery paid the Watertaxi driver. Of course the Gallery wants this money back then. Staff was nice, speak also German. Short presentation of glass making was poor, then 1 hour trying to sell us glass art for expensive money. Despite the constant 'here there is a discount, it is cheaper than in the city', we have seen that the contrary was born. You wanted that we necessarily immediately bought what, not later come back. At the end, there is a small shop, with smaller things like earrings. There fingers away! 10 metres way are countless shops where things cost a fraction.

  • Got the water taxi from the hotel. Our Hotel - Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia - had been furnished with the glass from the Bisanzio factory. Arrived and they gave us a demonstration which was interesti...  more »
  • I state that not having visited other glassworks can't make comparisons but I can express the personal impression. The glassware is beautiful and by input, the master glassmaker in hot furnace creates real artworks, the demonstration is really great, the explanation too. Educated and elegant young boys greet you for access to the furnace and then to the store where you can buy great products of excellent manufacture, the saleswomen are friendly and prepared, too bad there was given a chance to see the top with signed works by the great masters with the justification that above accesses only those who have a lot of money to spend. For this explanation mortifying I would leave only 1 star, but the complex doesn't deserve a negative rating only because of those who don't know how to deal with customers. Then we close one eye and leave a good rating because I repeat the complex really deserves.
