  • If I could give this place 10 stars it still would not be enough... super friendly, informative glass blowing demonstration and a gallery to die for..... its an experience to remember and you have no obligation to buy... they even recommend great restaurants for lunch on the island.. Thanks Lorenzo and team especially Mario the maestro 👍 COVID RULES apply
  • One of the best furnaces on the island. Great masterpieces
  • We went here primarily because we were staying at the Grand Hotel Dei Dogi which had cool event where they would transport you there for free and then you get a tour. Obviously paid for by New Murano Glass as way to get customers in. It was our honeymoon and we wanted a) something special to remember it by and b) to see Murano. The demonstration was awesome, and their shop/gallery was incredible. You need to expect that anything free comes with something. In this case, it was a somewhat hard sell. Can you blame them? It also wasn't obnoxious. If you end up falling in love with anything (we bought a vase and 6 beautiful glasses that look "broken"), I would recommend that you negotiate on the price. If you are happy with the price and the artwork you are going to buy (remember, there's always cheaper glassware if that's all you want), I totally recommend doing it. Here's why: Since it was our honeymoon, we asked for each piece to be hand engraved with our names, the date of our wedding, and the signature of the artist. They did this for free, but despite clear instructions, misspelled one of the names. You might think that would warrant a star deduction. Well, after inspecting each piece back home in the US (shipping was included in our negotiated price and was extremely well packed), we emailed them and the same day they got us a new label and paid for round trip shipping to fix each engraving on all the pieces. We got everything back in less than two weeks and it was perfect. The customer service was superb! This business is not out to "get you," as some may make it appear. Finally, we made friends with a local who was selling Murano glass in a shop in Venice. He even took us out for Cicchetti and wine and treated us - like really a nice guy who genuinely wanted to be friends (and we didn't even spend much money in his shop - probably less than the amount he treated us). Well, I showed him pictures of what we purchased, along with the price, and he said it was a good price, but maybe 200-250 euros too high. I remember at the time of negotiating, it felt like they really weren't going to go any lower, but it just goes to show how clever the merchants in Venice are! I'm very happy with the experience, the customer service, the sales experience, and, most importantly, the glass that I am using right now for my ice coffee.
  • Wow 😮 would not be an overstatement , Emanuele Walked me through the working area where they make the glass which was a wonderful experience. The work the artist and workers in making these glass work stuffs is incredible . The chandelier, the glasses , decorative glass work all are handmade and I was enamoured in them , last but not least they also have habe made jewellery totally recommend it :) make sure to make an appointment before visiting Them . Emanuele who works there took out the time and gave us a personal tour . He never coaxed us to buy anything and was very generous :)
  • Beautiful, and worth the look, but couldn't buy anything as it's way too expensive. Ur not just buying glass, ur buying ART.
