  • I never imagined that, just a few kilometres from where I live, there was a heritage of inestimable value and, therefore, to be protected and enhanced. The caves of God are to visit because they belong to our deepest roots and genuine. In particular, the cave Church of Saint Nicholas is breathtaking for its beauty, with a cycle of paintings remained virtually intact, despite the many centuries. The price of the ticket for visiting (10) was well rewarded with a whole morning walking between nature and history, accompanied by an experienced guide and talented (Mrs.)

  • My husband and I were accompanied by a tour guide of the iat Mottola to visit these beautiful caves. Aside from the great competence of the Guide (MS) which in addition to illustrate and explain in a comprehensive way and clear the history and beauty of these caves, he also accompanied on the way to an interesting botanical path. Regarding the caves that have been preserved in an excellent manner, we cannot say that: stepping back in time is possible. Fascinating mystical caves and leave your mouth agape.

  • Place of worship for the residents of the villages were focal point for pilgrims. Fantastic churches with frescoes in perfect condition.
