A walking trail for nature lovers. The place has a really nice landscape through the caves where resurfaces the Bussento River. Another point is that you put in front of mosses station natural spectacle of rare beauty. To see!

Very nice and charming, you can get there easily by car arriving in Morigerati and WWF oasis following the signs along the way. The cars park along side the road, the road ends with the start of the trail. Once you have paid the ticket (who needs to go to the bathroom to do at the box office because after there are no toilets) provides a map with directions as well as the volunteers explain how you arrive at the cave. Exit the ticket office still walks on asphalt for a 150 metres and downhill trail starts here. The first part is the Sun (to consider for the return that will be uphill). Meet 4 water points down (2 cottages where you can sit and then only 2 taps) that are very close together. After these points you cannot find clean water to drink, we recommend a small water bottle each. We descend again and meets a crossroads marked with the designation cave and mill. Go right to the mill along the path in the shade, the mill can be reached after a very short. The mill there is a possibility to sit on benches and put your feet in the water but is around 12 degrees, so the bathroom is to be avoided. The mill is not open to the public because under restoration. It starts on the path always in the shade, which is flat, and you cross some wooden bridges until you get to the stairs and immediately after there is a plateau with the entrance of the cave (somewhat hidden truth be told, I had to ask other tourists). For the cave descend the steps into the Rock leads into this great and unique room with a bridge inside and the chance to see the water gushing from the mountain and go down into the Valley. You cannot continue past the cave (there are stairs that lead to the top but access is banned). It comes back out and go down to the station of MOSS, walking again. Got here you go back and you can choose to follow the same path made the outward journey (in the shade) or arrived in front of the cave continue for another path that will touch later (the junction where coming down we went to il mulino). This stretch is more in the Sun. All the way (from above and to the junction) is joined by a monorail that allows 5 people at a time of rising above, is very slow but for those who have trouble walking can be a viable alternative to climb that is felt especially during the hottest hours. Recommend hiking shoes or at least something sporty, comfortable clothes, hat, water bottle. There is a freight service Shoes/Socks but I honestly recommend arriving there. All the walking path committed about 2 hours going slowly, I think it's about 2 km of road. The buggies cannot be brought. The entrance ticket costs 5 euros per adult, 3 euro reduction, free for children under 6 years, disabled and wwf members. The leadership of wwf costs 3 euros

A cool oasis in an August fire. You need to get off on a path for about 800 m so comfortable shoes are recommended, the path is equipped with drinking water fountains and points to sit and rest, the increase is also a monorail that it is advisable to book upon arrival. Voluntary girls are very kind and offer explanations regarding the various points of interest: the mill, the trail with the bridges, the Grotto and the MOSS portrait. It's a wonderful place, suitable for everyone.
