  • This castle was really a surprise for its uniqueness and its colors. The structure although medieval style, actually was built in the late 1800, maintained very well ... the Castle enjoys beautiful panoramic views. I loved it. the ticket costs 6 €

  • Guided tour very interesting in this castle from the late 19th century in neo-Gothic style. The guide explains every detail with passion and motivation behind the construction of gender.

  • In Montichiari fair live in the countryside, in the afternoon I went with my wife to visit this late 19th century reconstruction of a medieval castle. Gaetano Bonoris, Scion of wealthy bankers and landowners in the area, he was appointed Earl by Umberto I at the end of the century. Having regard to the fashion of the historical period that commemorates the medieval splendour, decides, with celebratory car to build from scratch its castle, with architectural solutions, furniture and frescoes definitely copied from originals Find castles and Piedmont, inventing a heraldic crest. Thank goodness for the fashion of the time not hastened the ancient Egypt. A pyramid, in Brescia, there would have been a great time. Since the reconstruction was made regardless of expense, the glance is remarkable and i think kids will surely love. The good book never married and childless, in 1923 he will find ' way to die of syphilis, leaving the property to cousins and all other assets, including a Treasury of 40 pounds of Spanish Doubloons and jewelry in handfuls, contained in a safe, to a charity for handicapped children congregation. A curious sight to do

  • Wonderful medieval castle located above one of the 6 packages of Montichiari. The view is gorgeous, like the Park and the Interior of the Castle. Can only be visited with a guided tour which departs every 45 min, for safety reasons, but definitely worth it! The ticket cost is very small (6 euros for a guided tour!) and free you have free admission to the Museum Lechi, always in Montichiari. For children up to 18 years the ticket is free, ideal for families! If you are passing through, let us stop by, they really deserve it! P.s. the guides are truly exceptional! Don't bore you with too many dates, but focus on the life of the count's Castle and he did build!

  • Medieval style castle to visit. The reconstruction dates back to the early 1900 but encloses a very particular history and makes this place original in its style. You can visit during seasonal openings enquiring through the municipality of Montichiari. The 12 of may of each year is open with the reenactment during the town's patron saint.
