  • On the occasion of our honeymoon, my husband and I asked about the travel agency the Ark and the moon about certain offers available in September, in the end we opted for Paris under their guidance according to our budget and we paid in advance: both the air and the hotel. Given that the Lords of this agency, especially a guy called Pio, were from the outset very approximate in giving directions and information about the trip and the various routes (first flaw of this agency, but since it was our first experience with a travel agency there had done too case initially to these professional gaps) whilst being aware that we did not know anything about how the slightest move to Paris , we left without any major thoughts thinking that everything was quietly being entrusted with an online travel agency, since why generally there is directed to an agency is that of not having to find their own organizing a trip and be reassured that everything runs smoothly, from the start, the journey, until overnight since their work is expressed broadly in this. And instead, got to the hotel, we had the BITTER SURPRISE: Dear gentlemen of the Agency had not paid the property! We were stuck in the hotel for 5 HOURS (without having lunch then) in front of the reception counter with our bags not being able to get the key of one of the rooms and trying to make us understand the receptionist who just didn't want to learn Italian and that's at the beginning he thought we wanted to book and pay without any reservation made in advance, so arrancavamo between English and French to understand what had happened. The receptionist, once grasped that we had actually already booked through an agency, shocked at her after the incident (but not as much as me and my husband!) calls a Booking as it has to do with the hotel reservation and I assume that the number is a combined service delivery; After about ten minutes the Lady at the desk I pass the phone to let me speak to an Italian operator that she explains what happened: the Lords of the Agency had not made the payment of our money (CASH in ADVANCE their DATA) and despite those responsible (in charge of booking) had warned them for time to make the payment at the hotel advance i.e. at check in and check out, not their you are stubborn not to carry out the payment and received a payment reminder to a booking that I also reported that kind of attitude had Mr. Pio: he claimed to have tried from 15 (we were at the hotel from 14.15) 4-5 credit/debit cards to pay for our overnight ... ... among the papers also mentions bancoposta (paper which I also I and I make with it quietly online transactions without ever having had a problem then already the thing stinks) but none of this ACCORDING TO HIM were fine although there was the presence of all cards (he said I should point out). Obviously the presentiment of the Booking operator is another (we thought the same way of course, it doesn't take a college degree to figure it out) that, while we lost the time to resolve this matter, we were increasingly nervous and agitated. Also the receptionist tried to contact the travel agency at least a dozen times in these five hours but to no avail! whereupon my husband through the hotel's wifi, alerted by a telephone call through whatsapp a friend of ours in montesilvano to contact the Agency directly from her. Responding to Mr. PIO, and based on how we reported our friend, was clearly annoyed by the call and responded altering who had failed to make the payment at a different hotel! Now, after knowing that, while we were stuck in this hotel in Paris, just imagine how my husband and I could hear us!! In addition I also had health problems, certified by the doctor and I was even written records to have on hand certain medicines. Besides the nervous, uncomfortable, even the malaise in those five hours standing. In the end, it was almost 19:00, we can get in touch with the Agency (finally deign to respond) and Mr. Pius, in peace as if nothing had happened to him, he says I want to make a transfer but since I hadn't even more words to express myself, after the day frustrating, I reject that kind of payment since however money would arrive not at once on my card (typically takes a few days) and I reply I will return that money spent by me for three nights (I shouldn't pay actually since we had already paid the property agency over which the flight) by showing the receipt. Back in Paris, not only Mr. Pio to defend treated us in a ineducata and uncivilized, but condescended to return only the money spent for an overnight stay which was like a double payment for an overnight stay (if you know what I mean) but a refund for the disruption caused by them even a shadow, indeed we have been treated badly by Mr. Pius as he felt fully on the side of reason despite the problem created. Meanwhile, the money given to them in advance, there were also those who have POCKETED for the "service" made as an agency ....? What service?! Moral of the story: If you can avoid going to this travel agency, little serious and professional, that everything can be called except travel agency. I hope that our experience is helpful for anyone who is thinking of addressing this travel agency, donot for inconvenience that we have caused.

  • Underwent several changes in recent years, due to the opening of large cinemas in Pescara. In any case they are current in terms of audio and video technology. In the lower floor there is the RIO, restaurant, snack bar. If you want to spend an evening or a weekend of relaxation ...
