  • Small village near Arezzo which is only a few kilometres. Renowned for the historic discovery of the fresco of the Madonna del Parto, a true Marvel among medieval frescoes. The country "exploits" this admirably and stands center stage in spite of less than 2000 inhabitants. Reachability. Served by the freeway which arrives from Arezzo, a stone's throw from Umbria. The highway is remote but considering that we are talking about a small village is also nearby. Clear and simple signage. You may also arrive with lines of Etruria mobility. Enhancement. Here we are in the presence of an authentic Italian miracle. The village certainly has its own attractiveness. But equally it must be said that the development is of the highest level. Everything revolves around the Madonna del Parto, but tourists are carried around the village, given the welcome and artful combination ticket for visiting the Museum of scales, particular and surely "niche". Artistic value. We assume that the vote is obviously due to the fresco. Clear. Equally, however, is conditioned by the Museum of unique Museum in Italy and the scales, type special feature of the suburb that mixed with everything else creates a great mix. Ancillary services. We said the combined ticket and hosting in General. The living room is made pleasant by the taverns-wineries present. Tourists can feel pampered. The madonna del parto is exposed with guides and with all the necessary explanations, just as the Museum of scales which makes even "interactive" the visit.
