  • Who goes to Montepulciano, you know that it's probably pushed by their passion for the vino Nobile. In walking, and in entering and exiting from various wineries cannot make a jump in the basement in question (located in a street of the main square). The visit is free of charge and without guidance, so you know what you are visiting or is it just a mere exercise of presenteeism, the most interesting thing in the cellar is definitely the hallway leading to Etruscan tomb, carved into the stone rich in marine fossils. The tasting includes the taste of the whole production line, the explanations are more than enough for a public not too attentive, if you would rather talk calmly with the Staff, then you should choose a time of the year other than those of mass tourism.

  • Underground cellar in the heart of Montepulciano. Unique and fascinating experience. Place full of history and hard work over time. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wines, especially the top of the range made with merlot. The visit is free and then you can do a tasting.

  • To get down into their wine cellar is a unique experience. Long steep stairs leads you into the rock. There is the opportunity to see an old Etruscan-tomb in the cellars. The wine they produce is good and control friendly

  • Charming tour and great wines, including the best Rossi in Montepulciano.
  • Great place and great wine 🍷👌
  • Amazing cellar, great history, great and reasonably priced wine
  • For several years I know this great Winery, which produces wine of great quality, which, from Poliziano, I particularly appreciate. The Winery is open to visitors and is one of the most beautiful historic wine cellar. The staff are delightful, very competent, combining sympathy to the professionalism and great experience.

  • Old Winery that produces vino nobile from 1300, kind staff outlining the details of the winery and also provides a small tasting. Can make an interesting walk in the basement between wine barrels, marine fossils and an Etruscan tomb.
