  • This story is a privilege and at the same time a complicated task. A privilege because it means that there has been and is a good luck. A complicated task because you may overdo the superlatives. Therefore you should try to stick to the facts. There was once a large milanese lawyer who in 1999 decided to leave the neurosis subway and bought a piece of land in Tuscany. So far nothing strange. But the gentleman in question isn't one to stop the level of triviality. Reading books especially of Chinese cultural tradition, has discovered the importance of music in the development of some organisms, animals and plants. Hence the stroke of genius: the vineyard of background music, especially Mozart because it has a steady performance that doesn't create trauma. The idea seemed genuine but impossible to develop really, however shortly afterwards began to attract the attention of the University, not only Italian but also American, up to yield a sponsorship by a famous multinational company of beautiful sound. Today the paradise of Fernandes, original name of the farm, is also known as Mozart, because a beautiful vineyard more or less rectangular with a splendid sight receives 24-hour coffers 24 music, while the rest of the vineyard is cheered for 12 hours only. Slowly became a Wine Resort that you can visit, including a tasting and an enlightening conversation with the charismatic owner. We produce three types of wine, the most charming of which is the "12 Grapes", which is made with 12 different varieties of which 11 are from a farm of the same owner located not far away, in Maremma, while 12° comes from the vineyard of Mozart. Missing to tell the feeling you get when you visit this place: great. A sense of peace and of relaxation that remains inside for a long time. A jewel that doesn't encroach on the pretentious name of paradise. And then of course there is the tasting, that not having to drive becomes practically mandatory. The important thing is to understand where it is. Climbing in Montalcino from Buonconvento, is located at an altitude low enough and be careful because the word "Mozart" is visible but not highly visible. Then there's a dirt road a little tricky, but if you don't let me scare you then you can't repent to have arrived.

  • Spent 5 days and nights this summer, after having been on the tasting a few years earlier. Because the music flows out over the vineyard and mix with the scents and the warmth is a truly unique place. Tips! Always take contact with the farm before you go there for the best service, pre-booked tastings are the best! We lived in a large apartment with patio under roof and access to the pool, cooled in the heat,

  • We had a great time visiting this unusual vineyard. Imagine the grapes maturing to the classical music that is piped over the fields...soon to be coaxed into a delicious bottle of fine wine! It was an...  more »
