  • I have been using the good "open Cellars" that I was given and it was a total disappointment. Visit to the cellar without any interesting information on the winery itself. Forever to tell us how and why the owner decided to employ only women in the cellar. The second half of the tour, instead, to show us and tell us about the history of Montalcino paintings added to the basement. Clare admission "well how do they tell all the wine and then the owner decided that we tell the story". And it goes well so after half an hour of visit to what they do not know anything. You pass the tasting that was supposed to be red, brunello with pecorino cheese and bread. And if the visit had been very bad here we are at ridiculous: a basket of bread and a basket with cheese cubes on a bench placed there and where all visitors (including those of previous visits) draw (suck unsanitary to fright). A middle finger of rosso di toscana and a middle finger of brunello. Good? Boh maybe yes but if I could try it better ... Well greetings and kisses and put you in a spa facility flyer mamo etc.etc. that the hotel owners/staff has just opened in another area of Tuscany. Large commercial operation pin money to tourists. Please stay well away as much as they do the wine don't tell you and drink you will give.

  • The guided tour that he performed exclusively in sales and in the cellar, where contains the casks was pretty interesting, but arrived at the tasting, we found ourselves in front of a paltry little taste of a discreet Rosso di Montalcino and an equally miserable a Brunello 2006 that only smell it gave off a terrible maderised flavour bouquet "undrinkable" also lacked the expected pairing with pecorino delle crete senesi as provided by the package "cantine aperte EMOZIONE3".

  • Among the stops on the tour could not miss the beautiful Montalcino municipality of great historical importance, but also the mother of one of the most famous wines and excellent wines. The Brunello! On the advice of my brother, we could not take the opportunity to visit this Winery by name not too commercial but that produces great wines in a very particular. All-female production, reflected in this wine great balance and elegance that only women are able to express at best. Visit booked, there is now great availability also having moved the timetable on the top. We were greeted with great joy, and the Guide drove us a full immersion in the history of the label. The highest level of cultural history of the area that gave greater complexity to the story. Simple tasting just to get you acquainted with the wine but from the site I think I saw different possibilities of course will have their prices. Lots and lots of passion and high level wines as well as a wealth of activities and possibilities to experience the wine in different ways. Found this space absolutely cellar. I'm wanting to do an Encore, curious to discover the pleasure of staying in their estate nearby. PS in your cellar staff treat a reserve of this label really deserves!
