  • As per title, it is (and must be) the most central spot of the country; precisely for this reason we have chosen to start our walk downtown after parking. The square looks wide and full of beautiful buildings. At the Center is also the main place of worship. Undoubtedly valuable in the context of which it is a part.

  • Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, also known as piazza Maggiore, surrounded by buildings with arcades, offers a wide-ranging al centro storico di Montagnana. On the sidelines is the Cathedral where noteworthy is outside the portal attributed to Sansovino and, inside, a Transfiguration of p. Veronese. The whole town is still worthy of a thorough examination. Not least because of the purchase of the famous ham or other delicacies.

  • Dominated by the Cathedral, is a pretty square and the town centre, obligatory stop in walk in Montagnana.
